Ans:
Purchasing is very simple. See our HOW TO SHOP ONLINE page. For deliveries, we have a courier who will deliver the items to your chosen address. You will be notified of the delivery date and time to ensure that you are around when the courier comes to you. For returns, yes you can return items. See our RETURNS POLICY.

Tell me more about Office woman Gift Certificates and how can I purchase them?

Ans:
Office woman Gift Certificates can be purchased as gifts for friends, family or even for your employees. You can purchase them by paying the amount you want on the gift certificate into our bank account and sending an email to orders@theofficewoman.com. You will be emailed the gift certificate. It would include a unique code which you enter into the ‘Payments’ page when placing an order on our website. If you do not use up the value of your gift certificate on one order, the balance will be credited to your Office woman account to be used for future purchases. Unfortunately we can not refund the Gift Certificates.

Is it safe for me to use my Interswitch debit card on your website?

Ans:
Yes it is safe to use your Interswitch debit card. We do not have access to your card details. When you click on the Interswitch payment method, you are automatically redirected to the Interswitch secure payment page where your payment is processed over their secured server. After your details have been processed, Interswitch then tells us if your payment was successful or not.

How can I track the status of my order?

Ans:
You can click on the MY ACCOUNT link at the top of every page and log in with your account number and password and there you can manage your order. For more details, see our ACCOUNT INFORMATION page.

How do I make payments for purchases?

Ans:
You can either pay cash into our bank account or use your interswitch debit card to make payments online. For more detailed information, please see our PAYMENT INFORMATION page.

How do I apply for a job at Office woman?

Ans:
You can send your CV to careers@theofficewoman.com. We will contact you to let you know when suitable positions will be available. Or visit our CAREERS page.

Ques 8:
Can I spread my payment?

Ans:
At the moment, we can only allow you put a deposit on any item for a maximum of two weeks after which we will return the item to the store for others to purchase. The amount deposited cannot be refunded but can be used towards other purchases.

How can I get a discount coupon?

Ans:
The discount coupons are earned. When you shop with us, we keep your order details on our database and we periodically send discount coupons to our loyal customers.
